Returns exchanges and refunds

 

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy for Custom-Made harnesses

At Vega Workshop, we take pride in the quality of our custom-made products. However, we understand that sometimes our customers may need to return or exchange a product, or request a refund. This policy outlines our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges for custom-made products.

Returns:

  • If you receive a custom-made product that is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product to arrange a return. We will cover the cost of the return postage in these circumstances.
  • If you simply change your mind or are not satisfied with the product, we may offer a returns policy at our discretion. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product to discuss the possibility of a return. In these cases, you will be responsible for the return postage cost.

Refunds:

  • As this is a custom made product based on the Consumer R Act (2015) refunds are only guaranteed for faulty products and we will refund the full purchase price of the custom-made harness, including any delivery charges.
  • If we agree to a refund for another reason you will be responsible for the return postage costs.
  • Refunds will be made within 14 days of us receiving the returned product, or within 14 days of you providing evidence that you have returned the product (such as a tracking number).

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are possible if you are not satisfied with the custom-made product or it doesn't fit properly. If the product doesn’t fit will do everything in our power to replace it with a like product that does fit however, it will depend on the nature of the situation and  our current availability
  • If you want an exchange due to a fault with the product, we may offer a repair or replacement instead.
  • Please note that you will be responsible for the postage costs for exchanging based on fit unless agreed otherwise

Please note that items must be returned unworn and undamaged to be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange.

Please also note that this policy only applies to custom-made products. For non-custom-made products, please refer to our standard returns policy.
